Business Thrival, Inc., originally Innoventum, Inc., was founded in 2007 by Denise Gosnell and Jynell Berkshire.  These two attorneys, both entrepreneurs, were frustrated by the lack of free and affordable resources for business owners and people looking to start businesses.  Denise & Jynell founded Business Thrival, Inc. with the mission of creating the best business startup and growth products and services on the planet, to help business owners achieve the balanced life that they deserve. Denise M. Gosnell, Business Thrival’s President & CEO, is a world recognized author and patent attorney.  Mrs. Gosnell has a unique background in law, business, and entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Gosnell has authored and co-authored eight business and technology books with Wiley Publishing to date.  Mrs. Gosnell has been featured in various newspapers and magazines, and has been a speaker at various television, radio, and industry events for her expertise on legal and business matters.  For example, Mrs. Gosnell received the Indianapolis Business Journal award: “Top 40 Under 40” in 2005 and appeared on the Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick television show in March 2005 to discuss hi-tech legal issues.

Mrs. Gosnell has counseled leading software companies such as Microsoft and EDS in various  capacities, as well as dozens of start-up companies.  Mrs. Gosnell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science – Business (summa cum laude) from Anderson University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University.

Jynell D. Berkshire, Business Thrival’s Vice President, has a unique combination of legal, business, and public policy talents.  Ms. Berkshire has over fifteen years of experience in government relations and assisting start-up and existing companies with initial formation, growth, and funding challenges.

Ms. Berkshire has worked with numerous certified technology parks and business incubators in designing their portfolio of services for entrepreneurs. Ms. Berkshire also has expertise in assisting minority-owned, women-owned and veteran owned companies in becoming certified with federal, state, and local governments, national organizations and private industries.

Ms. Berkshire has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Ball State University, (summa cum laude), and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. Ms. Berkshire also has certifications from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
